Ingredients:
Assorted vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, etc.), chopped
2 tablespoons ghee, melted
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)
