Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rice
- 1/2 cup Toor Dal
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Vashishti A2 Cow Ghee
- Pinch of Hing
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Green Chilli
- 2 Dry Red Chillies
- 2 tbsp Roasted Vashishti Whole Cashews
- 1 cup Sambar Onions
- 1/2 cup Carrots
- 1 Potato
- 1 Tomato
- 5 Beans
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 1/2 tsp Vashishti Haldi
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Tamarind Pulp
- 1 tbsp Jaggery
- 2 tsp Bise Bele Bath Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Tadka:
- 2-3 tbsp Vashishti A2 Cow Ghee
- 2 Green Chillies
- 8-10 Cashews
- Curry Leaves
Instructions:

Wash and soak rice with toor dal for 15-20 minutes.

In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add hing, mustard seeds, green chilli, dry red chillies, and peanuts. Sauté.

Add onions, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, beans, and peas. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add haldi, salt, water, tamarind pulp, jaggery, Bise Bele Bath powder, and red chilli powder. Mix.

Drain soaked rice and dal, add to the cooker. Pour water 1/2 inch above veggies.

Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.

For tadka, heat Vashishti A2 Cow Ghee, add green chillies, Vashishti Whole Cashews, and curry leaves. Fry until cashews are golden.

Open the cooker, mix well, and pour the tadka.
