🧡Savour the rich flavors of homemade Paneer Lababdar – a perfect blend of succulent paneer cubes in a luscious tomato-based gravy🧡
Truly a feast for the senses😍
Ingredients:
- 150 gms paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
- 04 tomatoes
- 02 large onion
- 10-15 Vashishti Cashews
- 01 tsp fresh cream
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 Vashishti Turmeric powder
- 01 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp butter
-01 Cinnamon
-01-02 bay leaves
-05-06 Vashishti peppercorns
-03 tsp watermelon seeds
-02-03 kashmiri chilli whole
-01 tsp Vashishti Honey
-kasuri methi (a pinch)
-Half cup coriander stems
-02tsp Vashishti A2 Cow Ghee
-01 capsicum
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish and a small portion of paneer to garnish is optional
Instructions:
1. Blend all the cooked ingredients as shown in video to make paste.
2. Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
3. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
5. Pour in the tomato-cashew paste and cook until the mixture thickens and the oil separates.
6. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.
7. Add the sautéed cubed paneer and cook for a few minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.
8. Pour in fresh cream and garam masala, kasuri methi and grated paneer (optional) Stir gently.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
10. Serve hot with naan or rice.
