Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups milk (or plant-based milk for a dairy-free option)
1 tablespoon ghee
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Sliced bananas, chopped cashew nuts, and a sprinkle of black pepper for garnish
Instructions:
ποΈ In a saucepan, melt Vashishti A2 Ghee over medium heat.
π₯ Add the rolled oats to the pan and toast them for 1-2 minutes.
π₯ Pour in the milk, stirring until the oats absorb the liquid.
π Add Vashishti Turmeric Powder and cinnamon, and mix well.
ποΈ Reduce the heat to low.
π₯£ Let the oatmeal simmer for 5-7 minutes.
π― Optionally, sweeten with Vashishti Honey.
π Garnish with sliced bananas, and chopped Vashishti Crunchy Cashews.
