- 1/2 cup of rinsed Poha
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tsp of soaked basil seeds
- 1 tsp of Vashishti Corriander Honey
- 1/2 chopped mango

Method
- Add 1/2 cup of rinsed poha, 1 cup of milk, 2tsp of soaked basil seeds in a bowl.
