Ingredients:
Vashishti A2 Cow Ghee - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Egg - 3
All Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 1/3 cup
Instructions:
🥣 Blend Vashishti A2 Cow Ghee
🥚🍚 Add sugar together till it becomes fluffy
🥚🥄 Add egg and blend again
🍰🧁 Add all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda
🥛 Adjust the consistency by adding milk
🎂 Pour it into a cake tin
🔥🕒 Bake it at 180 degrees celsius for 30 to 40 minutes
❄️ Cool it down and Serve
