Ghee Pepper chicken curry is a very popular North Indian recipe in which the chicken is cooked in a white, creamy curry sauce, absolutely succulent and heavenly in taste, and is often prepared for festivals and special occasions.
• Vashishti A2 cow ghee
• Whole spices
• Vashishti Whole Cashews
• Ginger garlic paste
• Vashishti black pepper
• Hung curd
• Vashishti honey
🌸For the marination
• Marinate the chicken with salt and hung curd for about an hour.
🌱Heat some Vashishti A2 cow ghee in a kadhai, and add whole spices
🌱Add sliced onions and fry them until light brown,
🌱At this point, add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away. Next, add your marinated chicken and crushed Vashishti black pepper.
🌱fry it for at least 30 min or till your chicken is 80% cooked.
🌱When it's cooked, add soaked Vashishti cashew paste and saute for another 5 min.
🌱Lastly drizzle a tbsp of Vashishti honey and
🌱Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Your ghee pepper chicken is ready, serve hot.❤️
