What makes this recipe a balanced alternative?

While snacks and side dishes are made with oil or butter, we use pure, unadulterated Vashishti A2 Cow Ghee.

It is lactose-free, making it suitable for dairy-sensitive people. With fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, and omega-3 and omega-9 fatty acids, ghee is a nutritional powerhouse!

Without further ado, let's dive into the recipe.

Ingredients:

Assorted vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, etc.), chopped
2 tablespoons ghee, melted
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

 

 

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)

🥦 Coarsely chop your vegetables and toss them in a bowl.

🥕 Add melted Vashishti A2 Cow Ghee and coat them evenly.

🧂 Spread the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet.

🫑  Roast for 20-25 minutes, till they are tender and slightly caramelized.

🍽️ Garnish with fresh cilantro, serve, and enjoy!
