Ingredients:
3 Onions
3 Tomatoes
Half Inch Ginger
4-5 Garlic Cloves
8-10 Vashisihti Whole Cashews
1 tsp Vashishti Black Peppercorn
100 gm Paneer
2 Boiled Potatoes
1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1/4th tsp Vashishti Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
2tbsp Vashishti A2 Cow Ghee
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 cup Milk
Cream (optional)
Vashishti Honey for some sweetness

Instructions:
π In a pan add oil, diced ginger, and garlic.
π Add Diced onions, tomatoes Vashisti Cashews, and add Vashsithi black peppercorn.
π Add some water and cook until softened.
π Grind it in a smooth Pure and sieve it!
π In a kadhai add Vashisti A2 Cow Ghee, Cumin Seeds, and add spices.
π Add the Puree and cook it well.
π Add milk, kasuri methi, and garam masala, and cook the gravy for 4-5 minutes.
π Add Vashisti Pure Honey for some sweetness.
π Add koftas and Coriander Leaves.
