Ghee-turmeric oatmeal

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So how to pack that meal with nutrients to keep you going strong throughout the day? Simple! With our Ghee-Turmeric Oatmeal recipe.

Vashishti A2 Ghee has numerous vitamins, anti-oxidants, and fatty acids. We also incorporate healthy fats in the form of cashews, and keep the recipe free from lactose and artificial sweeteners. Now, let’s make it!


1 cup rolled oats
2 cups milk (or plant-based milk for a dairy-free option)
1 tablespoon ghee
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Sliced bananas, chopped cashew nuts, and a sprinkle of black pepper for garnish


πŸŽ›οΈ In a saucepan, melt Vashishti A2 Ghee over medium heat.

πŸ₯„ Add the rolled oats to the pan and toast them for 1-2 minutes.

πŸ₯› Pour in the milk, stirring until the oats absorb the liquid.

πŸ’› Add Vashishti Turmeric Powder and cinnamon, and mix well.

πŸ₯£ Let the oatmeal simmer for 5-7 minutes.
