Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
2 teaspoons loose black tea leaves or 2 tea bags

2-3 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
1 small cinnamon stick
1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
2-3 cloves
Pinch of ground Vashishti Peppercorn

Instructions:
