- Dates: Use your favorite variety of dates. If your dates are hard or dry, soak them in warm water for at least 15-20 minutes, then drain before using.
- Toasting the Nuts: While toasting nuts is optional, it enhances their flavor. You can use raw nuts if you prefer.
Instructions:
